Anas is upset with the sector minister for questioning the motive of a seven-month long investigative piece on the home which exposes widespread abuse of inmates and other criminal conducts by staff of the flagship home.

ET Mensah told Joy News Thursday, a day after the video aired on TV stations across the country, that he was disappointed the Ministry and officials of the Social Welfare Department were not contacted before the video was publicized.

He was also worried the footage could have negative implications on Ghana's integrity and image.

The government should deal with Social Welfare Department, Osu Children's Home and the media for not consulting the authorities before airing it
