    Default Transfer news :Hans Sarpei signs for Schalke

    Nigeria and Inter Milan's Victor Obinna is a West Ham player after completing his medicals. This brings the total number of new Nigerian internationals to be signed by Premier league clubs to 2 after Westbrom signed Osaze Odemwingie.

    Liverpool's manager Roy Hodgson has set Sunday as the last day for Barcelona to come up with an acceptable offer for Mascherano.


    Chelsea are tracking highly rated South Korean international and AS Monaco forward Chu-Young Park (25), who could join the Blues for around 9 million Euros.


    Getafe officials have rejected an offer of approximately 3.6 million Euros from West Bromwich Albion for Ghanaian midfielder Derek Boateng


    Ghana's experienced defender Hans Sarpei has left Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen. The Ghanaian international has apparently reached an agreement with Champions League hopefuls Schalke and has signed a two-year deal with Schalke.

    Dieter Hoeness announced to have signed definitively Diego Ribas da Cunha of Juventus. "Diego can be considered our player", declared Wolfsburg manager. The German team signed him for 16 million euros plus bonuses.

    Mwaruri Benjani of Manchester City signs a 1 year deal with Blackburn on a free transfer.

    Liverpool agrees on an 18 mil. transfer fee with Barcelona for Javier Mascherano. The player will undergo medicals over the weekend.


    AC Milan have acquired the services of Uruguayan right-back Bruno Montelongo (22) from River Plate Montevideo on undisclosed terms.


    Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho and the club officials have left out three players from the squad for the first Liga match of the new season. They are Royston Drenthe (23), Mahamadou Diarra (29) and Rafael Van der Vaart (27), who are for sale.
