Ghanaian singer, Chemphe has shot the music video for his newest single, Number One featuring Dr Cryme. Already buzzing as one of the most interesting collaborations of 2011, Number One, is fusion of contemporary highlife and what has come to be known as Twipop. The song sees both Chemphe and Dr Cryme talking about their ideal modern woman.

The song, produced by Killbeats, was released earlier in August after the two E-Jam Records signees performed the song publicly for the first time at the July 30th concert for US R&B star Mario.

There was a video shoot for Number One last weekend with an interesting concept centered on a modern nightingale story. E-Jam Records CEO, James Korsah explained that the concept of the video emulates from a surprise history which will be uncovered after the video premieres. The video is set to be released in September and was directed by Gyo Gyimah of Phamous Philms.
