    fruits n veggies...yeah its not specific but it can be a wide range of things. try to avoid sugary things which break you out and dry out your skin. And avoid salty things, they the make you puffy.

    Hello! Skin is very important to girls like me. I remembered my mom used to tell me to drink lots of water, fruit juices and even eat vegetables and fruits to attain a beautiful and glowing skin. To add to this information, she said too, that Vitamin A is also another component to achieve a healthy skin
