When you feel more stress and no joy in your life what do you do to calm your nerves?

Get me an old movie I enjoyed (sometimes any of Tyler Perry's Madea movies /plays), grab me a glass of wine....watch & fall asleep.

Sometimes call up a friend, reminisce on some good times we had & shared and have a good laugh with it.

all go to the same place ;all come from dust and to the dust all return. who knows if the human spirit rises upward and if the spirit of the animal goes down into the earth?

Some breathing exercises and stretching, then some bluesy tunes works wonders for me.

    stress is pointless..........
statistics are what other people have chosen to make real.
