View Full Version : Just In: Coward Shatta Wale Pleads “Out Of Court Settlement”

21st October 2014, 02:58 AM
Sometimes our actions take us through a lot of trouble all in the name of “being real”. Shatta Wale was recently sued for GHC10 Million by Charter House for defamatory comments made against Charter House and the lawsuit demanded that the artiste should either apologize publicly on his infamous social media pages or pay GHC10 Million ($3 Million).

As common sense demands and to save his neck, anyone, even a class one pupil will apologize, on the contrary, Shatta Wale released 2 songs “Dem Broke” (insinuating that Charter House is broke hence why they are suing him) and “We Nah Beg No Fren” (meaning he will never apologize).
The case was to appear before court today, and from our correspondents, Shatta Wale’s dad and manager came to plead “Out Of Court Settlement” meaning, they should make it “house matters (efie asem)” that is if Charter House agrees. As such the case has been adjourned to Nov. 3, they’ve been given two weeks to sort themselves out with Charter House.
Well who is the coward now? We thought Shatta Wale didn’t “beg no fren” in his own words. We will bring you all that come up concerning this case. I’m sure this will serve as a lesson to those who feel speaking your mind means you are real. Keep it locked on OMGGhana.Com.
Update: Shatta Wale cannot make any more videos on his social media page until the case has been settled, an order from the court, in simple terms, Interlocutory injunction.
