The R&B star - who is currently on probation for beating his on/off girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 - reportedly had papers filed by an LA County District Attorney asking for a revocation based on charges against the singer in May.

According to TMZ, the D.A.'s documents asks the judge to revoke his probation and immediately remand him into custody.

They say he left the scene without providing a California driver's license and proper insurance information, therefore ''willfully and unlawfully'' breaking the law.''

Olga Gure-Kovalenko, the driver of the car Chris hit, has no desire to have him prosecuted so Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, wants the case dismissed.

However the D.A could still pursue the matter due to Chris' obligation to obey the law as part of his probation.

A hearing was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
