Hi,
here are some tips to remain healthy.Try it you will feel fine.
1.Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages.
2.Think about what you can add to your diet, not what you should take away.
3.Consider whether you're really hungry.
4.Be choosy about night time snacks.
5.Eat several mini-meals during the day.
6.Eat protein at every meal.

true say...... im not sure which beverages are caffeine free but water and freshly squeezed juice are very good .... pop/liquor/beer are nonsense



2.Think about what you can add to your diet, not what you should take away.

as in dont try to starve urself or something ..... im not grasping the implications of this one


3.Consider whether you're really hungry.

well u body will naturally tell u when its hungry or not unless u have tampered with that natural mechanism..... in any case eating first most for pleasure is not ideal for health .... i eat to replenish but i guess pondering on why u eat for each is necessary


4.Be choosy about night time snacks.

good point..... i will say be very conscious of wat u eat


5.Eat several mini-meals during the day.
very very important...... those three big meals a day really stresses the body and three small meals a day may not be adequate .... eat small, slowly and breathe.... good point


6.Eat protein at every meal.
animal protein comes with serious substances that are not ideal for the body....... and meat stays in the body to damn long and takes enormous body energy to digest it.... kind like tit for tat......

there are many other sources of good protein for the body

1.Smoke weed. 2.Hold less stress...(just don't give a fuk) 3.Smoke more weed 4. Make someone else smile every day. 5. Smoke more weed 6. Do something that makes u smile every day.7. Smoke more weed. 8. Drink lots of water. 9. Smoke more weed. 10. Eat well and sleep good
